Get Pre-Approved

Buyers almost always require a pre-approval letter. Once pre-approved we can provide you with a pre-approval letter specific to the home you're writing a contract on.

Order Home Inspection

You'll have a period in time allocated to have the home inspected. You'll want to get this done as soon as possible!

Stay On Track

Once in a contract the title company will start getting all paperwork that is required. Be sure to stay in touch with the title company and us to make sure all documentation has been provided.
